CADI offers combined years of experience analyzing complex agricultural landscapes and designing beautiful, profitable farms. Our whole farm planning services include:
Site planning for farm roads, buildings, and infrastructure.
Agro-ecological design and layout.
Business planning and financial projections.
Installation services of ponds, pen houses, fences, orchards, and more.
CONSULTING AND FEASIBILITY STUDIES
At CADI we provide professional advice for you on how to develop and improve your farm with the help of our Professional Advisors. A feasible agri-business venture is one which will generate adequate cash-flow and profits, withstand the risks it will encounter, remain viable in the long-term and meet the goals of the founders or owners. The agri-business venture can be either a start-up business, the purchase of an existing farm, an expansion of current agri-business operations or a new enterprise for an existing business.
Here are some other reasons to conduct a feasibility study.
Gives focus to the project and outline alternatives.
Narrows business alternatives.
Identifies new opportunities through the investigative process.
Identifies reasons not to proceed.
Enhances the probability of success by addressing and mitigating factors early on that could affect the project.
Provides quality information for decision making.
Provides documentation that the business venture was thoroughly investigated.
Helps in securing funding from lending institutions and other monetary sources.
Helps to attract equity investment.
SALES OF IMPROVED SEEDS AND SEEDLINGS
Agricultural project means the acquisition of stocks (including seeds or seedlings), and the preparation, planting, care and harvesting, whether on owned or leased real property, of crops for use as feed stock for any Industrial Projects owned or intended to be acquired or developed by the Company, together with any real and personal property necessary or appropriate for the administration thereof.
AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION SERVICES
CADI provide advice, information, and other support services to farmers to enable them to improve the productivity of their crop and animal production and thereby their farm and non-farm incomes. An agricultural extension service offers technical advice on agriculture to farmers, and also supplies them with the necessary inputs and services to support their agricultural production. We provide information to farmers and passes to the farmers’ new ideas developed by agricultural research stations. We achieve this with the help of Rural Development Programme (RUDEP).
